The Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules 2016
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 whereby Form No. GNL-1 and Form No. GNL-4 has been substituted with New Form No. GNL-1 and Form No. GNL-4
These rules may be called the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2016.
They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations, 2016
Reserve Bank of India has issued the Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations, 2016 in supersession of the erstwhile Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations, 2000, as amended from time to time.
These regulations seek to regulate deposits between a person resident in India and a person resident outside India
