I am working as sr.medical officer in BHEL maharatna company since 2 1/2 yrs.i have presently 6monhs pregnancy with diabetes & hypertention.how soon i take my maternity rules as in PSU?i want to take 3 months befor my due date its possible?as earliest as possible when i start my maternity leaves?....
