Mass/group harassment at government office

I m working with central government office. Wherein my senior officers and colleagues spread rumours that I become mad/insane by obtaining some fake psychiatric certificate from my family in order to sanction them my death benefits/family pension for vested interest as they are influential people. This created depression and I am now on leave sent resignation letter. How to face this issue legally? Please urgent help needed.
