Marry to divorce girl

Hi Experts

I have an some difficult seatution.

Guy want to marry girl, but the girl is divorcee .

This is not problem coz boy is going to happly accept her, but the divorce is not done properly.

ITs done by sitting 2 parties face to face, and signoff on notry.

SO in this case, can they both marry?

There might be any problem? IF yes then how to solve?

Any related advice will be helpfull..

Thanks.

1. If the boy marries the girl in such legal impeding circumstances it is counted as not a valid marriage of parties.

2. Ideally parties should be free from such legal encumbrances at the time of marriage. If not, then such marriages should be avoided at any cost.

3. Failing para 3 the boy should encourage the girl to proceed on decree in a divorce proceeding and till that time wait on her.

4. To me this brief’s author should not refer such girl as ‘divorcee’, which she is not in legal sense.

Today marriages should be followed from head and not from heart !
