Market value

I bought a property in Guntur, AP for 50,00,000/- and I registered the property for the same amount. I paid the registration charges to Government as per 50,00,000/- in December 2014.

Now Government has marked my property for Road extension. I may get notice soon.

The land rate as per revenue records are around 13,00,000/- only. The rate is 13,000/- per square yard. But I bought 100 Square yards with each square  being 50,000/-  as per market value.

The land rates were last time revised in 2013 by AP Government. But Guntur became capital of AP in 2014 and market rate of properties in Guntur became 4 times minimum after annoucement capital by statement government. AP CM has mentioned the same in several public meetings, but land rates in revenue records are not revised yet.

Can I go for court and request my property value being 50,00,000/- as I registered for the same value instead 13,00,000/- as Govt records? Please help me
