sellar made two different agreements of sale changing the total consideration amount, reasoning he will have income tax problems and created carparking issue and cancelled the deal orally then has send a letter demanding extra money and come for registration.. and being into to agreement sold the property to 3rd person.
in this what all comes.. please let me know.. like cheating, and what else.. ???
