hi all,
i hav filed maintenance case ...i already passed 1 hearing...with opposition putting vakalatnama..now there will b 2 hearing...n i want my mainte....fixed in this one....my advocate says he will fix my mainte...in this hearing ...n i will hav to wait no longer....is he true...

nothing can be guarenteed. lawyers can just work hard and try their best . That is one thing that can be guarenteed.
