Lower & high court in india are operating thru video conf

Sir / Madam

Due to covid-19 pandemic situation, all lower & high courts in india are not fully functional since for last 7+ month. All District & Other Lower courts are not operational or looking into any existing/regular cases & on other side High Court are operational through Video conference where they are only looking into Urgency Matter / Cases, mostly in multiple states like Odisha, Karnataka, Assam etc.

There is no hearing, no updates on any of the existing cases that was registered by people's years to years back. Dates on regular cases are scheduled but on the scheduled date there is no proceeding or hearing done on any of the cases i.e. civil, criminal, family matter cases etc etc. For this situation, many peoples are facing issues as there is no further proceeding that happen in any cases. For Monetary matter related cases, the amount of money is increasing or is getting pending for people's which is again hectic, unnecessary burden on people now a days.

No one can say when this pandemic covid-19 situation will changes in India. May be for sometimes or for years we have to live with Covid-19 but this doesn't means that we should stop continuing to work or stop continuing to breathe or stop living our lives. Now a days, everything continues to work by following certain measures, precaution, guideline or rules as per our Govt to fight against Covid-19 which is good.

All Govt or Private Sector, all indutries, shopping mail, multi-plex, cinema have started to continue with there services by following the said guideline/rules as set by our Govt. So our Indian courts should also be made to function by following such guideline or measure. People's are requesting to start court services for past few months but there is no updates or anyone to look into the matter to make the all court's fully operational. Request Honble Supreme Court, Law Ministry of India to kindly please look into this matter which would be a great help & relief for people in india.
