Loan to a friend

Hi,

   I have given a loan of 10 lakhs to my friend during his marriage in cash.I am legal tax payer and i have the income source for 10 lakhs.I have taken a promisary note and an stamp agreement saying that i am giving the loan of 10 lakhs through cash.Recently he is not responding etc.Can you please let me know how to proceed with the filing of the case
