Litigation property cleared and new house built

Hi,

I got the papers for a newly build home in bangalore from the builders. I can see the land was sold to two purchaser from the original owner and his son in 1993 and 2009 to two various purchasers.

Eg: Plot P1 is sold to A by Owner1 in 1993 then in 2009, Owner1 son sold the same plot P1 to X. X sold to Y then Y back to X in 2011.

This builder found this out and made a sales deed from the latest purchaser that is from A( from dad's purchaser ) and also from X (sons Latest purchaser) while he purchased in 2011 dec.

He then built a house and selling it out. Can i purchase this site and any problem will come after this?

Is it legal that he made the sales deed from both A and X?
