One X filed a suit for recovery of money against Y basing on the Cheque issued to him, X has not filed any other document to support his lending of money to Y, accoridng to X tansaction took place in the month of June 2013, and cheque was by Y issued towards discharge of the said debt in the month of December 2013, however the said cheque was bounced, basing on the said bounced cheque X filed civil suit for recovery of money against Y, my question is whether the suit filed by X against Y is within limitation if yes how. Note : there is no acknowledgment of any part payment mad by Y.
