Iam 30 years old Muslim guy from Hyderabad. I had married 4 years back and would like to take mutual
consent divorce from my wife due to the personal problems. My wife has also agreed and are planning to
take divorce from "Khazi Court"
What kind of letter should I take from her, so that she/her parents should not disturb me in future (Demanding for money or causing trouble to my name in society).
Also can I file the divorce issued by "Khazi Court" to family court to get the divorce legalised.
