About CL/SL leave to the workmen which is credited since begining of the year.Which is fix as per company norms either 7/14.But in case if worker could not attend duty entire year for example if he works only for 230 days ina year but he already availd the CL/SL is it justifies? or calculating the leave on prorata basis taking total days 365 in a year remaining is to be recover?
please clarify.
