Please help me out to understand Indian Leave policy
The company where I have been working is a manufacturing company in pune maharashtra.
We have lesser than 20 employees currently.
First of all, I want to know how many days of PL, CL and SL is applicabe for this company.
Seconde, Regarding PL encashment, How many days of PL can carry forward next year and PL encashment
rule.
If you can tell me the reference data in detail, it would be helpful. for example, on Page 55 in Factory act, it is mentioned like that.
