Leave encashment under probationary period

Hi Experts,

I was an employee in an MNC and I resigned during my probationary period.  In fact my probationery didn't get confirmed in time.  However I had about 11 days un used previlage leaves which didn;t get paid by company during my full & final settlement.  What actions I can take against company?

Hello,
A minimum of 240 days is required before you can get earned leaves. If you are stating that you have 11 earned leaves, then you were an employee who was in the organization for more than 240 days.

It all depends upon the company policy. It is upon the company to decide whether to pay you paid leaves if you resigned during the probation period.
