I have one query.
I want to give my land to trust t use land for charity purpose.even i will bear all expense to construct office and will not claim from trust becase to claim such project expense in trust, etc.
actually no require to execute any document but just sake of legal formalites we need to execute leave and license agreement with trust.
even i want to give land free to that trust to manage their project, but ownership and right and interest will continue with me.
so, que is ,
1 .is leave and license agreement is right solution ?
2. only token money is Rs. 100/1000 is engough ?
3. shall i do for 10 years ?
4. only rs. 100 stamp paper is oki ?
5. is required registration such license agreement ?
