lawyer fee structure

hi, I want to know what amount the lawyer charges as fee for civil cases both in lower court & in high court also what amount deposit to be made in lower court & in higher court for civil cases

can the defendant appeal to high court for justice & how long it takes in high court to clear the civil case

There is no prescribed fee structure for lawyers.The lawyers may charge as per their assesments whatever they deem proper tocharge or whatever .

The civil suit can take any time depends upon many the merits of case and many many other factors, but it takes as much of time as you wish....you or the other party can pull it like rubber till the elasticity lasts.

For money suits there is prescribed fee for advocate.as the amount.for other suits he may charge up to 30percent.it is better to contact amicable advocete who charges justifiable fee.dont believe the advocate who says I will give justice in week or month give me this amount .the assurance s court proceedings r beyond control.
