Law admission

Dear all,

One of my friend has completed his graduation from Osmania University (B.A.) & also having certificate that though it was one sitting examination his result / certificate will be considered as 1+2+3 years degree course & will be eligible to take admission in Law colleges. But when he inquired in Dr. Ambedkar College of Law for admission Mr. Principle said that as per the circular of Bar council of India he is not eligible to take admission in Law College??

Pls find herewith the attached copy of Certificate of Osmania University for kind perusal.

Pls guide me what to do & provide me a copy of such circular, if possible??

Thanks & regards

Umesh
