It was under his possession, he pays land tax, electricity bill regularly in the name of military man. The whereabouts of aged Military man is not known; he borrowed some money from the person who is looking after it.
What is the procedure to get back the amount given to the ex. Military person? He is interested to sell/change/transfer the land title to a person due to his age (70 +). Kindly inform us to get back the loan amount without any legal records?.
