i had applied for land loan from DHFL 2 months ago. 2 EMIs have been deducted. but land registry has not happened yet. for 1 week i am chasing my loan agent from DHFL to fix date of registry he is like unbothered. and i have also paid 30% of advance to the brokers involved. is this sign of anything wrong happening? please help
