Land issue

Hello sir, To the respected forum people, This is aparna.I have a queary on my grand father's land.my grand father having two sons.my father was elder one.actually in my grand fathers land road was sanction.but we don't have passbook on that property.but my father's bro having the passbook to my grand father.he is not at all giving to us.my family left the village past 25 yrs.we are staying in j.
