sir,i brought a land from a guy some time ago..i have those documents and everything was going fine till now..but now his cousin entered into scene and says he has the rightful share in this property!!!
i dont know what to do sir? i am in great pain and confusion !
am i on the loser side?ill i have to give up on my hard earned money?
is there anything in law which is supporting my side ??
i feel so helpless sir..please guide me sir..

you should verify the previous documents and ECs before buying a property. ask his cousin to show proof as he has right over the property. in such case you file petition against the vendor. consult a local lawyer.
