Dear Sir,

In our company was  termineted one of our Staff   but after  long proceding matter is now in  Gujarat hight court

under section 17b he was entered in to factory .Now he  is againg creating  problems he is a staff cader but he always comming in the matter of worker always he question abour any Management decision  like incerment Policy, in small small thungs he is creatin problems.it is very difficult to run the unit.Once he had attack to our GM also.In this matter what to do ?
