Is it possible to purchase a land from new owner (Now Joint property of 6 new owner) who bought this land 4 month back. Yet there name is not on 7/12. Most important this property is a Kul property. (BC2 type) (Location: Aurangabad Dist. , Maharashtra)
Please guide me.
