Kindly advise

Gud evening to all Sir in my client's Village still untouchability is practiced. I'm going to file PIL regarding this in High Court. Sir kindly me the prerequisites before filing PIL. I mean which authorities reports are necessary for filing PIL. Kindly urgently reply. Thanks

Every HC has its own rules for filing PIL...
