I have 7/12 extract in which khasra number is mentioned according to the sale deed (of year 1970)
I also have the same khasra num mentioned in the property card.
When viewing the property in city survey sheet according to the survey num, I can see my property in perfect dimensions & area, according to the sale deed and 7/12 extract, BUT IN A DIFFERENT KHASRA Number!
There is a difference of 1 unit. For an example my 7/12 & saledeed shows 10/5 and city survey sheet shows my property in 11/3. And that too the area is same shape of the plot is same as it should be.
I also have adhikar abhilekh there is no problem in khasra number at all.. All the serial num buyers and the sellers of this peice of land mentioned the same khasra num which is mentioned in my recent 7/12 extract.
