jurisdiction re President ? membe of district consumer fora

President of district consumer forum is an appointment of the state government, to which the retired and present district judges are eligible to apply. But others can also do so, if they meet the qualifications.

If Termination / suspension  of the president after two years of working takes place, then is it under original jurisdiciton of high court only, despite the CJ has no role under the Consumer Protection Act ? It has been admitted in past by at least   one or two  State Administrative Tribunals and judgements delivered,

It is full time appointment in the name of Governor, the Act says that the incumbent reports to President of state commission who is appointed by the State Government in name of Governor/ also Act says it is for a period of five years, does it become tenure post outside the purview of the State Administration Tribunal.

Are there any judgmenets from any state tribunals on the matter, or any judgemnts of any matter regarding the post of a Member or pRESIDENT of the District Consumer Fora
