Junior Advocate

If a Junior Advocate works under a Sr Advocate, if the Sr. Advocate does not give any remuneration to him, can Jr. Advocate plead for right to remuneration under the Advocates Act 1961?

to the best my known, In general a law graduate who is enrolled in a Bar Association joins in an office of Senior Advocate to learn how to plead, write vakalats, counters etc.,.  If that Senior Lawyer feels that the junior is doing good job, he may give some renumeration.  But it is not compel.
