Joint propety

I have purchased a plot from my own tuition money earning in 1969 that time my age is 26 and iam passed bsc and continuing bed training now my age is 75 yes and when I file a partition suit On my fathers name property my elder brothers file a counter case on that plot which is in my name can they success or it can be treated as a joint property.

Make it clear is it shared plot with your family or you have purchased the property in the question as separate property ?

Sir this land is registered in my name when i am 26 age and settle ment patta also from 1979. I am the sole owner of the land .now now my age is 75, I have filed a partition suit on my father name propertys(my father&mother dead) my other 3 brothers file a counter claim case as a joint property on that land which is in my name,can court treated as a joint property?
