I have signed a bond of Rs 5 lakh with Delhi Metro Rail Coperation on july 2010 but i have cleared the IES exam held in month of june 2010 by April 2011. Now i requested for transfer of bond from DMRC but they refuss it . But in similar case NTPC has accept the demand of employee. Is there legal way to transfer my bond
