I am planning to buy agricultural land in Trimbakeshwar - Nashik - Maharashtra
Issue is there is problem in chatursima ( means what is located in 4 direction, north, east, west south ) mentioned in dastavej ( registration paper )
Detail is Mr.A was the first owner of whole land of 10 acre
He sold 2 acre from this 10 acre land to Mr.B
Mr.B then sold to Mr.C
Mr.C then sold to Mr.D and now I want to buy from Mr.D
Problem is chatursima mentioned from cycle A to C is same, but it is different from C to D.
So what can be solution for this ?
Also please note if we want anything in writing from A or C or D, then all 3 are ready for notarized paper. BUT note B is not ready to write anything.
So what could be the solution for this ?
Also I doubt chatursima mentioned from A to C is wrong as ghat (plot) number mentioned in this chatursima is not matching with government mojni ( area map ) sheet. But somebody said me ghat number keeps on changing. So not sure about this.
Please provide your valuable views on this.
