IS THERE A LAW REQUIRES TO PAY PART OF SALES PROCEED TO FARMER WHO CULTIVATES MY LAND ON LEASE BASIS

SIR
my family own 3 acres of land at madurai,tamilnadu.
we want to sell this

for this i need a opinion on this.
this land was owned by my father  since 50 years.
the land is being cultivated by some farmer on lease basis(kuttakai).
.
now want to sell this.

my father is no more.
we are 4 brothers and 2 sisters who are joint owners of this land.

kindly tell is there any law in india particularly tamil nadu which requires a part of sales proceeds to be given to the farmer who is culitvating .

is so how much percentage to be given.

i also want to bring to your notice that there is no written agreement between us and the farmer.
the patta is in our name.

kindly guide me on this

To my knowledge there is no such law
