Is it safe to buy dtpc approved plot in bangalore

Sir,

I am planning to buy a plot near hoskote, BLR which is DTCP approved is it safe?? also LIC,Punjab national bank is giving loan, pls guide me

I hope if it is from nationalised bank they check all documents. Kindly suggest.

DTCP approved plot is safe to buy.

As a prudent buyer do title verification for the land before buying, dont rely on bank approvals.
