I have two cases against the same person 1) civil 2) criminal
The criminal complaint is private complaint at the stage of framing of charges
For the purpose of framing charges i have obtained certified copies from the civil suit
My question is do i need to take permission from the civil court to produce certified copies of the said civil suit in criminal court as documentary evidences ???
If yes under what section??
