yes it is, if women is earning well divorce will be granted, if not u may have to pay good alimony amount.

If you have a proof that  wife is living seprate without any sufficient reason.

You are paying maintenane continuesly Or proof regarding man has various tried to come back home his wife, But she denied ever.

If you have  proof regarding this than man may get divorce from his wife.

But my personal advice-

why dont you submit an application before Woman counselling cell. Or you have to file RCR in family court.

You have to try to know why wife living seprate. why her parents support her.

Have you any child. If yes, than - think befor taking divorce step.

We are trying to put the cart before the horse.

The amendments have not taken place as yet, we still don't know what would be the shape of amendments and we are discussing its impacts.

Please sign this online petition which will be sent to MPs to make irretrievable breakdown of marriage a grounds for divorce i.e. expedite passing of Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill 2010. This will save years of litigation!
