Dear members,
I had been suggested by one of my friend that his friend is doing trading in commodities and asked me to invest some money.by cosidering the credentials and word of my friend i gave the cheque of Rs.2lac on his friends name on 16 th oct 2011.he had promises me certen intrest along with my principle.he gave me the blank cheque for the security reason .but now he is saying that he made the loss in the trading and rite now he is not returning the amount and asking for more time .
now i am in a fix as what should be done .i want to know whether i can take a legal action and what procedure to follow.i know he is giving lame excuses.
please advice me.
