my client's interim order is out today...she is awarded Rs 9000 as monthly interim maint ..i wanna collect certified copy of the order frm judge how many days will this take. ??

Better ask same que. to Cetifying Agency Head at District Court under which concerned Court funtions.
Reasoning:
1. In Delhi if one applies under Urgent categry the Order copy is ready for delviery on 3rd. day.
2. In Bangalore if one applies under Urgent category the Order copy is ready for delivery on 5th. day.
3. In Uttaranchal if one applies under Urgent catefory then the Order copy is ready for delivery on 5th. day.
So it depends from District Court to District Court.
4. You being Advocate have not mentioned name of city in your query hence here clear answer you may not get.

Under which section the same is awarded.
In DV, the certified order copy is given to complainant free of cost the same day or next day in Delhi/ Haryana.

its an interim maintenance order crpc 125 ..i m in no hurry..so normally it takes how many days..i m frm gujarat state..in fam court..
Member Strength 9,48,205 and growing..
