Interim injunction to co-owners

Hi Experts,

I and my 3 brothers shared a jointly hold property. We occupied in our respective possessions. one of my brother filled a partition case before Civil Court along with a request of an interim injunction on that said property. I duly receive the court notice on respective date and file written statement accordingly. In between my elder brother repair the road (which one is katcha and badly damaged) joining to main road and I had made some repairs of my house roofs. After that my brother (Plantiff) again file a suit for breaking laws regarding interim injunction.

(a)    Is it a punishable offence?

(b)As he intetionally asked for interim injunction as seen the status of my elder Brothers road and our house. Can we file objection against such interim injunction?
