Is it marriage that's responsible for offspring or is it s*x? 

People of north India don't marry near relatives.    But what about s*x?

People of especially Bengal used to give their five-year-old daughters to eighty-year-old men.      Law now prohibits.     But law doesn't prohibit Andhras.     Whose custom is worse?
