Insurance claim

I have sent my bike through royal packers and movers from delhi to vadodara but they did not delivered the bike and after investigation we come to that packers and movers are fraud, i have taken insurance of my bike, i did not insured the bike during transportation, i would like to know do i get the insurance claim from where i have insured my bike in this case

At first you give a complaint to police on packers & movers. You can collect damages from the packers & movers. The insurance premium may be included in the transport charges. Find out.
