inlaws threatening for dowry case

respected radhika madam as mr R Trivedi said that my case on this ground is weak, as she was not required to inform about her previous marriage. is it correct. thank you for your advice

What he meant was something different.  The way you posted your query, it seemed you were accusing your wife of bigamy i.e. of marrying you while she was still married to someone else. However nullity can be filed on the ground of fraud/ misrepresentation.  For more clarity, you can read Sec 12 of the HMA
