Injunction law claimed for land. Now require purchase.

We have registered a purchased of land in year 2005 & given advance. In our purchase aggrement it was clearly mentioned. We should pay remaining amount to buyer within 6 month. But owner after receipt of advance did not help us to give document which are necessary to purchase. So we did not pay remaining amount. And also in aggrement it was clearly mentioned that we can extend this time limit if there is some technical issue.(without changing money). Our lawyer only claimed for injunction law. He never claimed to purchase of land with document in year 2008.(within 3 year of registration) We have won the case of injunction.in year 2015 And court said to claim for specific purpose law in year 2015 in judgement . We will claim this law but our purchase of land is in year 2005 and now it is 2018. Can we claim now as 3 years are crossed? Require help of expert.
