Dear Sirs, I am vivek hariyani. Bank file a cheque return case in the under negotiable instrument act - 138. So I want to know that can we prove that I was given cheque on the security basis for recovery purpose. Because Loan taken by my father but My father given cheque of my signature. So I want to prove that Cheque given before 5 years for security purpose of loan. I have some doubt of signature in cheque.
So Can we prove this by forensic report of signature.
