Indian succession acct 1925,revocation is asked for on all the all grounds were violated

how to write argument in revocation of grant of probate us 263 of Indian succession act 1925, ,when all the grounds mentioned there in were violated ... can i have few case studies ... ref. if any ....or any book suggested
