Property was bought from builder in 1995 after stamp duty/reg fees paid with original doc retrieved in 2008.
It was noticed in 2013 that index II was not prepared due to missing buyer signature detected by sub reg office in 2008 (after affixing his signature ,but not putting reg entry number for index II procedure.)
Now the office is not ready to issue index II for above lapses in documentation.
What is way to procure Index II?
