Need advice - Ist compulsary to give alimonary amount to wife if the same has been agreed on mutaul divorce that only the items that were exchange during the weeding time between both the parties are refunded to each other?
2) What are the important things which one (husband) has to keep in mind while aggreing for mutual divorce?
3) Can this mutal divorce being agreed upoun when one taking the case back which she has posted against his husband in women cell.
