Dear Madam/Sir,
Due to wicked society influence panchayat has issued a notice asking me to stop construction stating that the pit for pillar i have dug is not in adherance to set back required. With lot of effort and influence i got the construction licenses issued. This license is issued later to the notice served earlier. On request panchayat PDO gave confirmation letter for approved plan and construction license. Over and above this bank is asking to get letter from panchayat, explicitally stating that earlier notices are cancellation. But Panchayat is denying this notice cancellation letter saying we only issue confirmation letter (in kannada :ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರ: Dr̥ḍhīkaraṇa Patra). Bank i am trying to convince saying that, the construction letter issued is recentone and is later to notice. That implice the earlier notice stands cancelled.
Can some one provide appropriate legal act or term which says later action of issue of construction license implies the earlier notice to stop construction stand cancelled? (without explicitally mentioning this).
