Illegal termination

Dear All,

I was terminated illegally , however with fear i accepted the termination but have all the proffs to prove i was right, can i still go ahead legally and sue my employer.

Received good advice. Thanks. About the case details i want you to elaborate you. Where recommendation is only mine was found although case was not mne and not approved by me. Now should i write second appeal letter to MD or anybody or should i wait for decision to come from them as they told that they have a tat of 30 days from first appeal? - Chetan Nikumbh 7738344779
