If few respondents do not receive court letters

I filled a civil suit. Total 5 respondents are there. Among them 3 received court summons but other 2 willingly not taking letter . When Post man reached their home, those two hiding themselves and their family members informed that they are now at home. Post man tried twice and court letter returned back. My advocate advised me at anyhow letter should be received by them otherwise case will get long delay. Is it so? Please share the member's views.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the issue of respondents refusing to accept court summons, leading to potential case delays. While registered post returned unclaimed is often legally considered served, alternative methods like court-appointed servers (ameena) are recommended to ensure proper service and avoid lengthy adjournments. The consensus is to proactively address the non-service to keep the legal proceedings moving.

Get the summons served through court ameena duly taking the fact to the court.

Any registered postal letter, if properly addressed, if returned unclaimed is legally considered as received by the addressee.
