ICICI bank fraud

I had 2 credit cards xxxxxxxxxxxx7003 and xxxxxxxxxxxx8008 and in the month of October 2009 I had fraud transaction happened from my salary account for which I prompted the same to the bank and wrote mail to the bank saying resolve this issue and I'll make the payment. The fraud was never got caught and finally I had to pay for the credit card dues. I was agreed to settle the cards on total amount of 60000. But I come to know if I settled the card it will impact my CIBIL ratings and that is the reason I told Mr Praveen Srivastava from ICICI bank Video con tower that I am going to pay my dues on full and no need to settle my accounts. He told me that you'll make the payment and the CIBIL ratings will be taken care by the bank since I had that dispute with bank. I got the call from Mr Nikhil and he told me that you need to pay 3000 extra and he'll update the CIBIL ratings. But even after paying whole money the CIBIL rating shows that the card were settled.

Also, in the month of Aug, Sep, and Oct 10 there are some fraud transations from my account from ATM's and when asked for the clipping bank told me that there is some power failure and due to this they are not able show me the clipping. I was quite sure that its a bank's fault and they are not admitting it.

Can you please let me know how can I resolve this issue?

Regards
Tajinder

Approach the Bank ombudsman who can effectively solve the problem by taking the errant officials to task.
